Sure Tes, you can get at TIN number. Even if you do not have work yet. But it would be better to get a TIN once you have an employer. If your not sure if your previous employer applied a TIN for you. The best option is to check if you have TIN just call BIR TIN Verification Office at 926-8339 or the BIR Contact center at 981-8888. Call these numbers so you can be sure. Anyway, the best way to apply for a TIN is thru an employer that way you won’t have to update your TIN. Should you have any other concerns just post it here.

hi terrence, the answer to your question is no. The BIR site has no TIN query yet. But you can email the BIR Contact Center. Or you can just call BIR TIN Verification Office at 926-8339 or the BIR Contact center at 981-8888.

Yes, possible na may kapangalan siya. Tulad ng James Tan na mahigit sa sampu ata ang meron ganung pangalan. Birthday lang nagkakaiba. At Address. Tanong mo tita mo kung naka pag apply siya nun. AT kung saan siya nag-apply.

Hi Trina, first i would like to warn the consequences on online registration just to get a TIN, note that this is for PROFESSIONAL meaning those who are not under any EMPLOYERs, these are for SELF EMPLOYED for purposes of registering a business. The process of online registration does end when you get a TIN thru this facility. You are required to submit certain docs and be oriented of the taxes you need to file and pay monthly/quarterly/ yearly. Failure to this, will trigger open cases w/c is computer generated and monitored. Now, Maari po na may kapangalan ang tita ninyo. Pareho rin po ba ang birthdate at address? maging maingat po tayo sa pagamit ng online registration dahil hindi po ito para sa mga empleyado. Hi Len, maari po kayong kumuha ng TIN depende po kung saan ninyo gagamitin ito. Ang eTIN facility ay para sa mga SELF EMPLOYED. At sa mga EMPLOYERs na nagrequest ng access dito para sa kanilang mga empleyado. BAsahin po ninyo ang article ukol sa TIN sa kaliwang bahagi nito may mga links sa mga article ukol dito.

maari po ba akong makakuha ng TIN number kahit wala pang trabaho? Pwede po bang kumuha ng tin number sa e-TIN?

Meron po bang contact number and rdo 053B? yung nasa south station po across festival mall. tatawag sana ako to check kung natransfer na registration ko from trece/rdo 53.

Ang isang TIN number po nakarehistro po sa main database ng BIR. Naka assign ito sa isang RDO ng BIR. Hindi po maaring dalawang RDO ang may hawak ng isang TIN. alin man TIN ay naka assign po ito sa isang BIR RDO. Maari po namang ipalipat ang TIN sa ibang RDO kung ang bago ninyong employer ay nasa ibang RDO.
