i have a problem. i was mistakenly registered as non-employee by a friend. i should be registered as an employee. now, i have to pay P500 for my TIN. what should i do?
No, there is no such site for that information. But you can call the Withholding Tax Division of the BIR to shed more light on this matter. 981-7000 tell the operator that you wish to be connected to that office.
One can only be entitled to a Tax Refund if the tax withheld from your pay is greater than the actual tax that your office should remit to BIR. If you need more clarification on this matter please call 981-8888 the BIR contact center.
sir, i was expecting a tax refund only to find out that my name is not included in the list. i was a contractrual employee in uplb from june2008-october2009. last year, i got a refund. pero ngayon, wala? hindi ko maintindihan kung bakit. my friend who is still working for uplb asked the acctng dept and they said that my name is not listed because i am not connected with uplb anymore. ganun ba yun? i need help. i believe i have some amount to refund from bir. thank you sir.
Well if you are sure your TIN is registered with RDO 50 then you can contact that office if they can accommodate your request to fax your application. Another option would be for someone you know who can give your request directly to that office. Email is not yet an option for now. Due to the limitations with the email server for large files. It might not get thru.
Another thing, can I just fax my request for transfer/form 1905 to the BIR district ofc. (it’s South Makati, no. 050)? I’m already starting at my new work and it’s difficult for me to take the time off to process i and go personally to the BIR ofc.
horkey:
Hi! I need to transfer my TIN for my new employment. Is it correct that I need to accomplish form 1905 in the original BIR district office where I was registered by my first employer? What are the requirements, like do I need to present my certificate of registration (do I have to get this from my previous employer?) or just my TIN # will do?
Hi Moe, if your planning to transfer your TIN registration to BIR Muntinlupa, You need to know where your TIN is registered not the company you previously worked with. Call 981-8888 or if you know the BIR District office you got your TIN then that’s if. Thats your OLD RDO and your new RDO No. 53 is the code for Muntinlupa - Las Piñas area
