After years of occupying the 5th Floor of Aurelio Building in Grace Park, Caloocan, Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) Revenue District Office No. 27-Caloocan has moved to its new home along the famous EDSA at the heart of Caloocan City’s business district. The new location is at 140 Epifanio de los Santos Avenue (EDSA), Caloocan City (near Caltex Station and fronting Barrio Fiesta). The new BIR building likewise houses the different offices of Revenue Region No. 5, including the Office of the Regional Director.
Coordinating with the Office of the Regional Director and Caloocan City building officials, Revenue District Officer (RDO) Maridur V. Rosario, assisted by Assistant RDO Shirley A. Calapatia, initiated the transfer which took place last July 22, 2009 with the support of the 100-strong men and women of the said district office. RDO 27 occupies the ground, second and third floors of the building while the upper floors house the different regional offices.
Conveniently located at the ground floor are the frontline services such as the Taxpayers Service Section, Officer of the Day, One Time Taxpayer (ONETT), Filing and Payment, e-Lounge and Taxpayer’s Lounge. Taking into account the measures spelled out in Revenue Memorandum Orders 15 and 16-2009, such as the establishment of a taxpayer service area and other front line services that would enhance the delivery of fast and efficient service to its taxpayers pursuant to the BIR’s Handang Maglingkod Project (HMP), RDO Rosario assured higher authorities the delivery of first-rate taxpayer service under her jurisdiction.
The second floor houses the Regional Conference Room, Administrative, Collection, and Document Processing Sections of RDO 27 while the third floor is occupied by the Offices of the Revenue District Officer, Assistant Revenue District Officer and the Assessment Section.
The new BIR building will be inaugurated on August 7, 2009. Top BIR officials and other guests have been invited to grace the blessing of the structure in line with the celebration of the 105th founding anniversary of the tax agency.

thank you

““The MOA clarifies persons who are not required to secure TINs in their applications for driver’s licenses. The said individuals are accredited foreign personnel of diplomatic missions and international organizations; individuals not engaged in business, such as minors, students, househelpers, housewives, balikbayans and the like, provided that they are securing a non-professional driver’s license; foreigners such as tourists, foreign students, foreign missionaries; and professional members of religious organizations, such as priests, pastors, nuns, lay ministers, missionaries.”

Posted by Jon at August 17, 2010, 10:26 pmHi Jon,
Hope the info will help locate the said office. Good day.
Posted by denden paz at October 29, 2010, 6:02 pmHi Denden Paz, it is for single proprietorship or professionals who has no intention to under an employer thus a SELF EMPLOYED INDIVIDUAL.

Posted by Zyrel at February 2, 2011, 5:11 pmHi Zyrel, to have an idea on transferring your TIN registration. Read this article.
http://birtaxinfo.i.ph/blogs/birtaxinfo/2010/03/02/transferring-bir-tin-registration/
Kung sa Cavite kana nagtatrabaho. Puwede mo ipa transfer yun TIN mo BIR Revenue District Ofc. na may hawak sa Cavite. Dalawa po ang RDO sa Cavite.
RDO 54A - Trece Martirez City at yun RDO 54B - Bacoor, Cavite. Check mo nalang ang address nila sa BIR Directory in the BIR Website.
Dun mo dapat ipalipat using 1905.
Which is RDO 27.
Back to back po ang pag fax ng 1905.
Good day po.

Posted by birtaxinfo at August 10, 2011, 3:55 pmHi, I am just a concerned citizen regarding the status of the economy of our country because there are lots of businessmen who’s making a lot of money but not paying their income tax. Like Sally Gonzales of 165-A Asuncion St., Morning Breeze Subd., Caloocan City, who owns 3 units 2 bedrooms apartment all rented with a minimum of P10,000.00/month per unit. Before we move in, we have to pay P30,000.00 up front, representing 1 month advance, and 2 months deposits. After giving the full amount required, she let us move in before she execute a Contract of Lease which stipulates a penalty of P500.00 for late payment after 5 days from the grace period, then we will shoulder all the expenses for the repainting or remodeling of the unit when we move out which will be taken from our deposit. But every time we pay our monthly rental she never issued an official receipt, but a receipt that she bought from a book store.
When we moved out, we waited more than 2 months to get back our deposit, but to my surprise she only returned P5,000.00 out of P20,000.00. We ask for all the receipts that we paid for, but she don’t want to give to us. All are itemized in a sheet of paper. Isn’t this ridiculous?
My question is, is it possible for her to impose the Contract of Lease even her business is not registered at the BIR? She’s making almost P400,000.00 a year without paying taxes.
Does BIR allowed this kind of people making a lot of money by taking advantage of other people hard earned money without paying their taxes? Is there anyway you can investigate this matter? Thank you, and God Bless you all!!!
