Hi Genesis, i’ve answered this in the comments portion of this article http://birtaxinfo.i.ph/blogs/birtaxinfo/2009/09/04/things-to-know-about-your-tin/#comment-124
i have a problem. i was mistakenly registered as non-employee by a friend. i should be registered as an employee. now, i have to pay P500 for my TIN. what should i do?
No, there is no such site for that information. But you can call the Withholding Tax Division of the BIR to shed more light on this matter. 981-7000 tell the operator that you wish to be connected to that office.
hi can you give me a site where i can view my tax refund.ty
hi do you have site where we can see our names with the corresponding tax refund that we are getting.thanks a lot
One can only be entitled to a Tax Refund if the tax withheld from your pay is greater than the actual tax that your office should remit to BIR. If you need more clarification on this matter please call 981-8888 the BIR contact center.
sir, i was expecting a tax refund only to find out that my name is not included in the list. i was a contractrual employee in uplb from june2008-october2009. last year, i got a refund. pero ngayon, wala? hindi ko maintindihan kung bakit. my friend who is still working for uplb asked the acctng dept and they said that my name is not listed because i am not connected with uplb anymore. ganun ba yun? i need help. i believe i have some amount to refund from bir. thank you sir.
Well if you are sure your TIN is registered with RDO 50 then you can contact that office if they can accommodate your request to fax your application. Another option would be for someone you know who can give your request directly to that office. Email is not yet an option for now. Due to the limitations with the email server for large files. It might not get thru.
Yes, 1905 is the form to use in transferring your TIN registration from one BIR Revenue District office to another. You need to check first where your TIN is currently registered to be sure. This article will help thru http://birtaxinfo.i.ph/blogs/birtaxinfo/2009/09/04/things-to-know-about-your-tin/?emode=on
and how about just emailing it? thanks!
Another thing, can I just fax my request for transfer/form 1905 to the BIR district ofc. (it’s South Makati, no. 050)? I’m already starting at my new work and it’s difficult for me to take the time off to process i and go personally to the BIR ofc.
Hi! I need to transfer my TIN for my new employment. Is it correct that I need to accomplish form 1905 in the original BIR district office where I was registered by my first employer? What are the requirements, like do I need to present my certificate of registration (do I have to get this from my previous employer?) or just my TIN # will do?
RDO 50 is located in Atrium Bldg. makati ave. while RDO 47 is in the BIR Regional office along Gil Puyat. see the locational map of Region 8 makati here http://birtaxinfo.wordpress.com/2010/01/12/bir-locational-maps/
Hi Moe, if your planning to transfer your TIN registration to BIR Muntinlupa, You need to know where your TIN is registered not the company you previously worked with. Call 981-8888 or if you know the BIR District office you got your TIN then that’s if. Thats your OLD RDO and your new RDO No. 53 is the code for Muntinlupa - Las Piñas area
san office ng RDO 50 at 47 sa makati? thanks
Hi! I would like to know what is IBM Daksh rdo code. I would need to know this so that I may transfer to Muntinlupa code. Thanks
it you treat it as an advertising expense then you are required to withhold.
Hi, I just want to if the sponsorship in a golf tournament is subject to withholding tax?
I don’t think its considered as one of the valid IDs. But to get one you only need to fill BIR Form 1905 and submit this to the BIR Revenue District Office where you first got your TIN. You might want to read this link http://birtaxinfo.i.ph/blogs/birtaxinfo/2009/09/04/things-to-know-about-your-tin/
I never had a TIN card. All I have with me is my TIN number. How do I get a TIN card? I believe it is one of the national valid IDs.
Thanks very much for your response.

Due to the recent calamity brought about by Typhoons Ondoy and Pepeng, the BIR has issued a memorandum to business taxpayers about the requirements for reporting their claims for losses for purposes of income tax deduction.
