Transferring BIR TIN Registration (updated 5/17/2010)

March 2, 2010

If your new employer or current employer is requiring you to transfer your TIN.  And your not sure how to go about it then this article is for you. And for corporations or companies who wants to assist their employees in transferring the TIN of their people.  Especially if the RDO is quite far from their present employment.

This is what you will be using BIR Form 1905 .  Just Click the hyperlink to see this form or better print it so you can have a hard copy and fill it out.

First, you should know where your TIN is registered.  Most of you might want to guess based on where you are working or probably where your staying.  Please it would be wiser for you to contact  BIR TIN Verification Office at 926-8339 or the BIR Contact center at 981-8888 or email contact_us@cctr.bir.gov.ph, just make sure you provide your full name, and birthdate.

The information you need is to ask  WHERE your TIN is registered. Or what RDO (which stands for Revenue District Office of the BIR).  For example, RDO 40 handles the Cubao area or RDO 45 which handles Marikina Area.

Once you know this, take note this is where you need to go to submit the 1905 BIR form. In this form go down to “4E” and check no. “1″ TRANSFER OF HOME RDO.

Write down the number code of your OLD RDO.  This is where your TIN is currently registered and where you will SUBMIT this form.  The NEW RDO is where you want your TIN registration to be TRANSFERRED to.

Don’t forget to sign your name at the back portion of this form.  So after filling out the necessary information YOUR NAME,  TIN NUMBER, RDO CODE and the other things mentioned above.  You can now submit this to BIR RDO where your TIN is currently registered.

Just remember to ask the personnel of the BIR when you can verify once the transfer has been done.  Or you can also call the BIR Contact Center which  was mentioned above.  This is to just to verify if your TIN is now with your NEW RDO.

FOR CORPORATIONS or COMPANIES who wish to assist their employees in transferring their peoples TIN.

For the HR or authorized personnel who will be doing this. There is a way you can transfer the TIN of your employee from another RDO to the RDO of your company without having to leave the office or travel for that matter.  This is especially helpful for TINs located in another province. Where it is very expensive to travel back to that province just to submit your request fo transfer your TIN. Or the hassle of asking your relative to do it for you.

You need to fax the BIR form 1905 duly signed by the employee  to the Taxpayer Service Section (TSS) or Registration Section of the BIR Revenue District Office (RDO ) where the employee’s TIN is currently registered.

To know the fax number or telephone numbers of that particular RDO just call the   BIR Contact center at 981-8888 or email contact_us@cctr.bir.gov.ph

First, know the number of that RDO. Know the name of the personnel who will assist you on this. So that you can call them up for confirmation once the fax transmission has been completed.  Yes, you need to fax both sides.

Thats it hope this article will help your people out regarding this matter.  If you found this article to be helpful. Please do drop a line or vote in the service poll. Thank you for visiting this site. Your support will be highly appreciated.

Wow, thanks for the information! This site is really helpful and it certainly changes my perception of what public service is like in the Philippines. All the best for the creators of this site and I hope this kind of initiative and thinking would spread to the other agencies of our government.

Paano po kapag may existing business ako at gusto kong mag-trabaho sa isang companya? Paano ko i-fifill up ang BIR 1905 form?

Posted by genesis at March 17, 2010, 12:00 pm

this is such a very informative site! I just have a question. I already have a TIN number from being employed in a government hospital. Now, I plan to work in a clinic where there is no employee-employer relationship. My question is how do I transfer my TIN from being employed to being self-employed? thank you for your time. more power and keep this site going!

Posted by joe at March 24, 2010, 12:37 pm

sorry but i have a few more questions… 1) is it possible to retain your old RDO even if you work in a different area? or is it required to transfer?
2) how about my registration with the BIR? Do I have to submit a 1905 to inform them of my change in status or could I just directly submit a 1901?

Thank you very much!

Is there any way na ma transfer yung RDO ko from Cubao to Laguna ng hindi na nagpupunta dun? Pwede bang thru online or fax?

Posted by jaypee at March 24, 2010, 3:07 pm

Thanks Joe, i believe there is no such type of transfer from employed to self-employed. Actually, some employee have also business of their own. They are called "Mixed Income Earners". In your case, if i am correct in assuming you are a practicing professional then you just need to update your registration if you are in this category. I made an article on this please visit this link http://birtaxinfo.i.ph/blogs/birtaxinfo/2010/03/25/how-to-register-as-a-practicing-professional-for-doctors-lawyers-engineers-designers-etc/

On your other questions. If you are employed and your TIN is registered to an RDO and not the RDO of your office. You maybe asked to transfer your TIN to the RDO where your office is registered.

Now, since you are a professional. The need to transfer is based on your actual office address. Since you are practicing your profession, where is your home or office address? is it within the jurisdiction of your current RDO? if so then you don't need to transfer. But if not and then your home address will serve as your office add also. And if your home address is located or under another RDO then you may need to transfer your TIN registration to the RDO who has jurisdiction over your home office address.

Since you mentioned there is no employee-employer relationship what is your actual role in that setup?

Are you just allowed to use the clinic in an agreed time and particular days of the week. To render your services? what is the actual agreement with you and that clinic? Kindly clarify so we can give a more accurate answer to your query.

Posted by birtaxinfo at March 25, 2010, 12:07 pm

Tel. no. 373-3584 tel/fax. Para matulungan kayo.

Posted by birtaxinfo at March 25, 2010, 12:17 pm

thanks for the reply. You have the ability to make the complex simpler for us lay people.

with the clinic, i’m just paid a retainer’s fee, depending on the number of days I go to the clinic.

I just read your new post, and as usual, it’s very informative! If I understood it correctly, if my present office/home address is not located within the jurisdiction of the RDO where I am presently registered, what I should do is first is to transfer my TIN (using the 1905) to the RDO where my address is. Once transferred, that is the only time I can register as a professional in my new RDO to update my status. Is that correct?

Oh, a friend of mine also has a question. She already has a TIN from her previous employment. She resigned because she wanted to go abroad. While waiting, she did some “moonlight” work where she got paid on a per project basis (tax got withheld for these work). She however did not yet register as a professional (she has no certificate of registration). Now, she wants to pay her income tax because she needs an ITR and she wants to do her part as a citizen. The question is, can she pay taxes even if she did not update her status? Will she have a liability for not registering?

Thank you once again for your time!

Hi

I need help. I am currently employed in a company and I have small business registered to BIR. Our HR gave me the form 2305 and asked me to transfer the RDO from 46 to 50 in makati. What do I need to do and documents that I need to submit. The only thing I know is that i need to fill out the form 1905.

thx

Posted by enav323 at April 8, 2010, 1:14 pm

Hi Joe, i remembered answering your post but it seems hindi pumasok yung sagot ko. Anyway, i would also like to share to you i updated the article on professionals just added the additional info on the last part of the article. To your first question the answer is yes. Once you transferred thats the time to register as a professional to your new RDO.

With regards to your friend did if there was tax withheld from her service then she should have been given BIR Form 2307 as proof of the tax withheld from her pay.

Now she can use this to file for her ITR. I don’t believe she is liable since she has not doing it on a regular basis. But anyway for a more accurate info on this she can call the Withholding Tax Division of the BIR National Office 926-9347 / 926-9351. This office can also assist her on how to file her ITR.

Posted by birtaxinfo at April 21, 2010, 9:24 am

Hi enav323, For transfer form RDO 46 to RDO 50 you need the BIR Form 1905. And you will file this to the RDO where your TIN is currently registered which is of course RDO 46 based on what you said.

The BIR Form 2305 is a certificate of update on exemption. This is if you are single and got married then you can use this form to inform BIR of your new status the documentary attachment is your marriage certificate if you are already married and you have child which you want to inform BIR to give your family an additional exemption of 25K then the documentary attachment is the birth cert. of your child.

You should file this with the RDO where your TIN is currently registered. If you transfer first your TIN to RDO 50 then you should file your 2305 update to that RDO once your TIN is with them. To check this you can call the BIRCC if your TIN is already with RDO 50. The number is 981-8888.

hi,

i’m an HR Officer in a call center in Cebu. We have many employees who are registered from other RDOs (luzon & mindanao). We can easily give these employees 1905 but they dont have the time to return to their current RDO especially with the nature of our business. How can we help them? i mean is there any way wherein the company will process for their employees’ RDO transfers?. Logistically speaking it would be inconvenient for the employees to travel from Visayas to Luzon or Mindanao to file . As a company as well we want to help our employees by taking the process from them. Thanks

Posted by Nen831 at April 28, 2010, 2:17 am

hi nen, i will try to post an update regarding this after i check out first the district office on how to go about this without having to go directly to the RDO. Probably this friday. What’s the name of your office?

Note: but i know my TIN No. so that the company will pay my taxes.

Posted by dona at May 7, 2010, 8:51 am

Hi Dona, I remembered answering your post but it seems it wasn’t posted after all. Just to inform you whether you have a TIN or not we are under the substituted filing policy of the BIR where employers are required to withhold tax from their employees whether they have a TIN or not. The TIN is not like a Bank Account number. It is more like a registration number which we can use for any government transaction. We only need one TIN for our entire lifetime. If you lose your card and can’t remember the number you can still get replacement thru the BIR contact center or the numbers i provided in this article. If your RDO is in Delta. There are two offices there RDO 40 Cubao and RDO 39 South QC. I would suggest you fill out the BIR 1905 form to request to transfer your TIN registration to that RDO in Lucena. Once transferred you can update your status using BIR form 2305 attached your marriage cert. Now after the update has been done you can now request for a new TIN Card based on the update you provided.

Hi Nen831, i have just updated this article based on the questions you raised.

Posted by birtaxinfo at May 18, 2010, 11:14 am

Hi! I started with my own business late last year and I used my tin to register it since I’m a sole proprietor. The other day I got a job offer and I accepted it.The company then asked me to fill out a form 1905. My problem is I did not inform my soon-to-be employer that I have my own business. Would they find out of my own business if I filled-out form 1905 (business and company has different rdo)? Would my present rdo permit me to transfer my tin to the company’s rdo? thanks.

Posted by baci at May 20, 2010, 10:25 pm

Hi Baci, no your RDO may not allow you to transfer your TIN. And since you own this business it would likely be your responsibility to file and pay the taxes under your business. Just inform your employer that you have a business and your TIN is required to be registered with the RDO who has jurisdiction over your place of business. While for the part of your employer whether you ha a TIN or not or whether it is registered with another RDO they are still required by BIR to file and pay the withholding taxes deducted from their employees compensation.

I was asked to help out some friends on their small pre-school business here in Quezon City. The pre-school was originally managed by their Mom who passed away some years ago. Their records are not complete, dti registration expired in 2005 and never renewed, last bir payment documents found are 1)payment form 0605 for fiscal year ended December 2007 and 2)bir form 1702 for fiscal year ended March 2006.

We want to clean the records now and go on smoothly. How do we go about this? We have started so far by applying for dti registration since the institution is no longer in dti’s database as the dti registration expired last 2005.

Posted by Mel Paypon at June 7, 2010, 10:28 am

Hi Braeyd,
The BIR Form 2305 is entitled “Certificate of Update of Exemption and of Employer’s and Employee’s Information”

It is use to update certain information that you can easily provide. Part I is the Taxpayer/Employee information. Fill that out.

Part II is on PERSONAL EXEMPTIONs. If you were single then and already married now then check the box provided for it and the name of your SPOUSE. You will provide a photocopy of marriage cert. if you are married. To update your registration. Under the new law whether single married or head of the family the personal exemptions granted is 50K

Part III is for ADDITIONAL EXEMPTIONs. If you have a child or children provide the information required on this part. And likewise give a copy of the birth cert. of your child or children. An additional 25K per child will be granted. Max. is 4.

Part IV is for Multiple employers. If you have more than one employer for a particular taxable year. Or for year 2010 then provide this information. If this does not apply to you then skip this part.

Part V is for EMPLOYER INFORMATION. This part should be filled up by your EMPLOYER or its AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE. So you need to take this to your employer so they can fill this part out. Again this portion is for your EMPLOYER not you or for any EMPLOYEE.

After accomplishing this, then you can now submit this form to the BIR District office where your TIN is currently registered. The BIR in Valenzuela.

Posted by birtaxinfo at June 7, 2010, 10:58 am

Hi Joanne,
Puwede rin ninyong ma verify ito sa TIN Verification Office of BIR 926-8339 or the BIR Contact Center 981-8888.

Posted by birtaxinfo at June 7, 2010, 11:08 am

Hi Mel, i would suggest you go straight to the BIR District office where the school was previously registered. I am sure it is still active and may have incurred penalties for non filing. You can ask for assistance on this matter. The BIR has a Taxpayer Assistance Desk. Present the details of your case. And how you can go about continuing the business under new management. Allow the Revenue Officer to evaluate the business and the penalties incurred so you can decide what options you can take. You can ask the officer or ask to speak with the Revenue District officer or head of the that office if you need clarification or other matters you wish to request. Once you start this remember that you will be ask to provide the all the business documents and all the receipts that were used while the business was in operation and when it stopped to operate. It would be best if you can write these details down so that BIR will be better informed on your case. Again the best people to help you regarding this is the REvenue officer of the BIR district office where that business is currently registered. Should you have any other concerns just post it here. Again thank you for visiting this blog. This has given me an idea for my next article.

What would happen if you failed to transfer your BIR/TIN Registration?

Posted by Bash at June 15, 2010, 4:45 am

Hi! The problem is I’m starting a new business sa Pampanga pano ko po gagawing business TIN yung employee’s TIN ko and kung pano sya matransfer from Makati to Pampanga. Thanks in advance.

Posted by errol at June 15, 2010, 5:26 pm

Hi Bash, well then any updates or request you will need regarding your TIN will still be with the RDO where your TIN is currently registered. If your currently working in Makati and you need to update your registration, whether your got married or have a child for additional exemptions. And your TIN is actually in Caloocan. No BIR office in Makati can process your request since they do not have any jurisdiction over your TIN. So you need to go to BIR Caloocan to submit your application to process that update.

Posted by birtaxinfo at June 16, 2010, 12:18 pm

Hi Errol, ipa-transfer ninyo muna ang inyong TIN using BIR form 1905.

Using BIR form 1901 attached mo photocopy ng DTI permit at business permit.

Good day po.

Hi,

I just want to ask a few questions if I may. I’ll be changing the kind of my employement next month. I’ll be just a consultant/contractual with an agency. They are telling me the tax is only 2%. But I will be the one for fill and remit it. My questions are:

1. What BIR form will I use, the 1700 (purely compensatory income) or the 1701 (self-employed and/or with other businesses)

2. Is it true that the may tax will only be 2%

3. Do I need to remit and fill my taxes annually? In the RDO my TIN is registered?

Thanks in advance! More power!

Posted by Timothy at June 17, 2010, 10:43 am

Hello Timothy,

1. if your self employed 1701 is the form you will using for filing your ITR.

2. You need to check out the back page of BIR form 1601E. You will probably a provision for your service. if you fall under management and technical consultants and your current year gross income will not exceed 720K - Expanded Withholding Tax would be 10% if above that 15%.

EWT- income payments made by the government to its local/resident suppliers of services is 2%

3.Yes, you are correct on both points. but also on monthly basis. 1601 E “Monthly Remittance Return of Creditable Income Taxes withheld (Expanded)” depending on the work you get. For added info that you might need kindly call these numbers 926-9347 / 926-9351. This are the numbers of the Withholding Tax Division of the BIR. The officers there can help you out more.

Please be aware that my answer is based on the presumption that there is no employer or employee relationship between you and your agency. As such you might want to read this article also. For more info.

Posted by birtaxinfo at June 17, 2010, 3:17 pm

Thanks for the response. What if I do have an employee-employer relationship with the agency? Does it change the kind of income tax I’ll have to pay?

Posted by Timothy at June 17, 2010, 4:11 pm

Hi again Timothy,

Yes, if that agency is your ONLY employer for the taxable year and you have an established written agreement as such then your employer will be the one filing for your ITR under substituted filing policy of the BIR like a regular employee. A BIR form 2316 certificate should be issued to you at the end of the taxable year or on or before the April 15 deadline of the following year. This will serve as the employees ITR. Note that the employer is the one attesting to this certificate not the BIR.

Posted by birtaxinfo at June 18, 2010, 3:16 pm

Hi,

I am a bit confused. When I got married, I was asked by my previous employer to do that transfer of records, however, I do not know where the exact location of the RDO was, so I was not able to process the transfer. Then after maybe a few months, somehow, my tax status was updated to Married, and when I had my baby, it was updated to M1. Even my latest form 2316 reflected this status.

Could it be that my previous employer was able to process the request on my behalf?

If in case there would be a problem and I will be asked to have my TIN transferred again, what would be the best way to do this, since I do not know the exact location of the RDO that my TIN was initially filed?

Please advise.

Thank you!

Please advise.

Posted by Bash at June 21, 2010, 11:03 pm

Hi Bash,

I really can’t answer on what your employer did or did not do. If you gave them the application to update your registration from single to married using BIR form 2305 and was ask to attached a copy of your marriage cert. them probably they passed your application to your RDO. And when you had your baby did you ever requested or was asked to update your registration or was ever asked to submit a copy of the Birth cert. ???

Your employer could best answer that question for you.

About which RDO your TIN is currently registered. Just call the numbers provided in this article either the TIN Verification Ofc or the BIR Contact Center.

Once you get this info. This is where you should file your application for transfer or any update in your registration in the future.

Should you have any other concerns just post it here. Good day.

Posted by birtaxinfo at June 22, 2010, 1:05 pm

Thank you for your response.

Yes, I did submit the requirements to update my registration on both instances. However, what I remember is that when I submitted the update request after I got married, they gave me a copy of the 2305 forms that I filled out and asked me to bring it to the RDO where my TIN was registered (Biñan, Laguna). And since I do not know the exact location and I never have been to Biñan before, I was not able to file it there.

I will just call the number then and verify with them.

Thank you very much and have a great day!

Posted by Bash at June 22, 2010, 9:43 pm

Hi Bash,

If your TIN is in Biñan, Laguna then your under RDO 57. Located at the ground flr., Olivarez Plaza, Biñan, Laguna. There numbers are 520-8262 and their telefax is 511-9797.

If you don’t know someone in that area to pass your application on tansfer or update then you may want to call that district and talk with the registration section if you can fax your application for transfer or update on your status.

But if I were you, you should apply for transfer of your TIN registration to the RDO nearest you or the RDO where your current employer is also under. So that any update in the future you can easily go to that office. Good day also.

hi po! first of all, i would like to thank & congratulate the owner of this blog, cholo - kayo po yun hehehe, and the rest of your team, for making this site. it’s really helpful and informative and makes me more proud of my country than i already am :)

so heto po yung inquiries ko:

when i was employed my TIN was registered in cebu city. now, i’m a self-employed since i already quit my job and i’m doing direct selling na. i’m also already married and currently living in lapulapu city. so yung question ko po is

(1) do i need to file Form 1905 to change my RDO to my current residence (ie., lapulapu city)? and

(2) sa Part I po of Form 2305, yung Taxpayer’s name po ba is my maiden name? or married name na? and

(3) sa Part I po of Form 2305, yung residence address ko po ba is kung saan naka-register yung TIN ko (ie., cebu city)? and

(4) sa Part I po of Form 2305, yung business address po ba is lapulapu city (my residence since i’m self-employed)? or is it the address of the direct selling company na sinalihan ko?

thanks po!

Hi Veronica,

Nice to know you found this to be so, and appreciate it very much. Thanks.

(2) Your Married name should be written in that part. So sa Part I TAXPAYERS NAME. isulat mo yun married name mo.

Hi,

I really appreciate your fast responses. I really find this site very helpful.

There’s one more question that I need to ask… How do witholding taxes get computed? I really got confused kasi there was this formula I got from a website (www.sweldista.net) and I do not know if it is correct because when I tried to compare it with the taxes that were actually withheld from me (as reported on my Form 2316) there was a discrepancy of more or less 3000. I really am suspicious.

Can you provide me with the formula that should be used to compute the withholding tax, annually, please? If there’s indeed a discrepancy on the computation or the amount that they filed on my 2316 compared to the actual taxes withheld (on my payslip) what can I do?

I certainly appreciate your assistance on this.

Have a great day!

Hello Alvin,

RDO 57 - Biñan, Laguna. Ang telefax no. 511-9797 at 520-8262

Posted by birtaxinfo at June 29, 2010, 2:35 pm

Hi Bash, I’m not quite familiar with the formula used by the site you provided. But its an interesting site. Thank you for this info.

Anyway, there are actually sample computations in the NIRC of 1997 page 380-382.

Download a copy of the Revised Withholding Tax Table of Jan 2009:

ftp://ftp.bir.gov.ph/webadmin1/pdf/42126AnnexC.pdf

There is also a sample computation provided by RR 10-2008 page 9, you can get a copy of this by clicking the link below:

ftp://ftp.bir.gov.ph/webadmin1/pdf/42126rr%20no.%2010-2008.pdf

Take a look at sample computation and if you have questions regarding this you can call the Withholding Tax Division to assist you on this matter. Their numbers are 926-9347 / 926-9351.

Again thank you for visiting.

Thanks!

meron po bang way for me to transfer my TIN from RDO43 to RDO49 online? wala po kasi ako time pumunta sa Pasig due my work hours.

thanks!

Posted by via at July 6, 2010, 9:44 pm

Hi Via,

RDO 43A at RDO 43B

RDO 43A - 571-4895 at 571-8378

RD 43B 641-7670 at 643-4335

Good day po.

Posted by andrew at July 11, 2010, 5:49 pm

how many copies of 1905 do I need to provide to the BIR when transferring my RDO? My wmployer gave me three copies of 1905 that’s why I’m a bit confuse. Thanks! :)

Posted by mark at July 15, 2010, 8:35 pm

Hi Mark,

3 copies will do if your planning to retain a copy, which is what I did for my cousin.

your welcome :)

Hi!

Is it really compulsory to tranfer your RDO if you’re going to move from one company to another that belongs to a different RDO than the previous one?

Thanks!

Posted by Raisa at July 19, 2010, 1:07 pm

Hi Raisa,

Well, the reason behind this is because once you need to file for an update on your registration. The only Revenue District office of the BIR which can facilitate that update is the RDO where your TIN is currently registered.

Lets put it into the extreme. Like what happened to a taxpayer who was transferred from Cebu to their company’s plant in Pangasinan.

That taxpayer got married and had a child. The RDO in Pangasinan could not facilitate the update because his TIN is not under their jurisdiction. They informed him that it is still in the RDO in Cebu.

Your TIN can be viewed by all the BIR District offices but it is held only by one Revenue District office (RDO). Usually where you got the TIN or the RDO who issued you the TIN. Thus if you transfer to another company especially not located within the area of your previous company.

Most companies will require their employees to transfer their TIN to the RDO where those companies are also registered with. So any updates on your BIR registration can be submitted to the RDO of the said company. If you are not registered with the RDO where your company is filing their taxes. That application for update may not be processed mainly because your TIN is still not with the RDO of your new employer. And I believe errors in computation of taxes will be shouldered by the company.

Posted by birtaxinfo at July 19, 2010, 1:57 pm

Thank you very much for your prompt reply. Now I know the reason why I should transfer my RDO.

By the way, I tried contacting the BIR Contact Center at 981-8888 but the number was not yet in service.

Posted by Raisa at July 19, 2010, 2:18 pm

Hello again Raisa,

The problem most probably is on the PLDT lines. This usually happens. Hopefully it will be up again soon. Anyways, you can also email them.

good morning sir..im just confused regarding with my TIN..first i filed my tin in RDO 47A then now im working here in Ortigas i requested to transfer it in RDO 43A here in Pasig.how many days will it going to be transferred???then i dont have my TIN ID yet, what form will i am going to present??is it the 1905 which i also used when i requested to transfer RDO??because when i went to 47A,someone told me that i need also to fill up 2305.then i will present the 2305 together with the 1905 form in 43A when i request to have a TIN ID???

Posted by ayessa at July 22, 2010, 11:39 am

Is the BIR TIN Verification Office at 926-8339 or the BIR Contact center at 981-8888 open 24/7? Can I call this number even on weekends?

Posted by ipe at July 24, 2010, 7:02 pm

Hi Ayessa,
Transfer usually takes 3-5 working days, depends really on the workload of the Revenue District Office.

You can update your TIN registration using 2305 when your TIN is already with RDO 43A. By then you can also request for a TIN card using 1905.

Should you have any other questions just post it here. Now remember to read this ruling because some BIR personnel might still be requiring letter from your employer first before processiong TIN Card request thru 1905.

This is NOT an official policy of the BIR. Revenue Regualation 5-2010 is the official policy of the BIR. And it does not mention a letter from the employer before processing TIN Card request. It pays to be informed. Good day.

Posted by birtaxinfo at July 26, 2010, 3:18 pm

Hi Ipe,

The answer to your question is “No”.

It operates 8-5PM from Monday to Fridays only. So you cannot call them during weekends.

Posted by birtaxinfo at July 26, 2010, 3:22 pm

You are very helpful. Thank you. I learned that I’m registered in RDO 43A. But would you happen to know where to go to have my bir form 1905 stamped if im registered in RDO 43A?

Posted by ipe at July 26, 2010, 3:41 pm

Your welcome, click the BIR Locational Map link on the left side of this blog. It will open to an article which has a map location of the RDO 43A.

This will help you find the said office. Good day.
